what kind of amp are you pushing those subs with?

 

What supercharger do you plan to run? You have a nice truck and all and I don't want to be the one to rain on your parade but between the 39 inch tires and a supercharger you will probably trash your whole drivetrain. The half ton drive train doesn't like tires that big to begin with then throw a supercharger at it and I think it may be a recipe for disaster. I really hope you prove me wrong as that is a sweet ride but I just hope you did/do some research before doing all that.

 

im putting the f-1 procharger on it. It has 45-50 % gains at 6 psiboost. I have already changed the gear, and I will change the tranny and axle as it wears. I'm like you . With all that power it will not last long, but you can bet that the tranny and axle will be my next mod.

 

I think yer axles (rear end) will hold, but the Tranny/T-conv and possible driveshaft might need some looking into. But hey I say go for it!

Also have you thought about the MDS and the blower or are you gonna instal a cam kit with thesupercharger? This I know very little about as MDS is new technology. But I'm pretty sure it involves cam and lifters.

 

If your tranny does go on the way out, you can get a sharadon performance tranny for like 2900 bucks, which includes a new TC, and you get to pick the stall speed. I plan on getting one when I have the cash to stroke my hemi out to 6.4L

I will have to keep that sharadon tranny in mind .that does sound pretty pimp. Pappy I have been reading up oncam kits and i am going to change that as well . I am waiting on my mechanic. He is doing some research for me. I have always had Cheverolet this is my first Dodge,and it is a bad motherf#$%er. I got a buddy that is hardcore mopar and he has had everything under the sun Dodge. He is helping me as well. we are going to do all the motor work at once. I don't want to tear itdown every week. This is my work truck. When i get done I am goiing to carry it over to dodge and see if they will do some warranty work. LOL

Other than Pro guys that race trucks for a livin, they don't count anyway.
