how do you get truck of the month jimmy?
how do you get truck of the month jimmy?
the steps are made byNFAB. They are real easy to install and that third bed step helps out alot getting in and out of the bed. I'm not a big fan of steps but I couldn't get in the truck without them. you have to drill six holes on each side to mount. They are not going anywhere.
They were black when i got them and I had them painted the same color as the truck. I have a road armor winch bumper on the way that I am going to have painted as well. Right now the next big thing is a cam, headers, and procharger. I am putting the cam and headers on this week. The pro charger I have to do when my wife is not looking. LOL
i remember a cam setup some one posted on here a while back, that would disable mds, and advertised 340hp at the wheels, as opposed to the 280-something you are putting to the ground stock. i dont remember the cost but i do remember it was fairly reasonable. if anyone remembers what im talkin about, they could link the thread or website where you can buy em. i tried searchin for the thread for you, but i dont remember the name of it. might be something for you to look into though.
and if i were you i would go ahead and beef up that front suspension. the rear should be ok, but generally it isnt advised to run anything higher than 35s on the stock IFS. if you have the money to do it, id go ahead and do both front and rear at the same time. i think the easiest thing would be to just order 1tonrunning gearfrom the dealer. the rear should be fairly easy. the front is where you will need some welding and cutting skills, going from an IFS to a solid axle.
very nice truck though. wish i had the money for something like that.

I don't know what the big deal with your truck is. It looks like any normal, lifted truck.
Of course, I'm only saying that because mine don't look like that.Your truck isfreaking hardcore and is the ****..Care to give a price range on how much you've put into it so far? Hmmm, doI get an enagement ring or try to trick out my truck like ezluva? Decisions, decisions.
