Doesn't waxing your truck help preserve the clear coat and the paint?? I am a firm believer that even the best paint jobs need a little care for them unless you keep it in the garage and out of the direct sunlight. Especially when it comes to the day that you try to sell it. I don't care what kind of mods you have done to the truck if the paint looks like crap the value will go down. Just my 2 cents

Wax melts away here in the Florida sun very fast.
So I use Liquid Glass.
Don't get yer panties in a bunch, I do take care of my vehicles painted surfaces. Liquid Glass is just lots better than wax.

Up to now us cavemen pretty much ate clay, now we use it for cleaning our trucks too!

Pappy where do you get the liquid glass from ??Any auto store and what is the cost compared to wax. You don't know what heat is until you have lived in Yuma AZ. About 110 today and should be about 114 by Friday.
