Your (those who make and dig up stuff like that video) ignorance is beyond your comprehension so much that I will not waste my time trying to explain, yet again.

One of the greatest things about this country of ours is (use to be)the right to speak your mind (and make fun of ourselves)
Not fully understanding your post Pirata.

He just doesn't get it. Immigrants, legal or not, that come here to live because they wanted to leave that rathole they came from, want to change the USA back to their rathole so they can feel more comfortable.

I disagree, my Dad didn't and he was an immigrant.
Hell he even went back over during the war andhelped fightagainst Italy.
Prolly didn't hurt that he could speak Italian.
The good ol USA is nothing but immigrants, cept for Native Americans like me wife.
Don't get me wrong, English is our language and should be respected.
Lets keep it light and not get all bent outta shape. I love me USA and would never want to live anywhere else, cept maybe that place where Bikini Girls From Outerspace come from. That would be cool.

That is why I speak Cherokee. One of the true languages of this country. Since the people that left their rat hole back in the 1600s and 1700s, and brought all their stinking infections and diseases killed most original americans. Did they bother to learn Cherokee? Onendawa? etc. etc. Nah, they just killed them.
Hey KeniHemi, by your comments, I have to agree with Pirata. You are just ignorant. If you are comfortable in your trailer, that's fine.
I love this country and learned the language. I dont think that signs should change. English only with subtitles for me. Most european countries have that, they have their language above and underneath english. Makes sense, people learn another language as they read their own.
But hey what do I know, I am just the 800 pound gorilla in the room.

Word!!!!
The U.S.A is a country made up of many immigrants who speak diffrent languages. English is just the universal language everyone can learn, and use to communicate with otherimmigrants. You cant tell someone that since they live here, that Engilsh is there language.

I am not sure where you get Rat Hole from? That is a just a generalization you chose to point out. I am an imigrant, born and raise in South America... but guess what... I am also a 22 year Retired Veteran - 2 combat tours in Iraq and raising a great family inthe US. I dont forsake my roots and I love the US, but I disagree with you.... The US is a melting pot.. great things have come from it, people and ideas. I agree with the other guys here, your coment is out of line..
Keni - I think you are wrong...a little tolerance goes a long ways... There is way more than what you chose to show and say....

1. What is this post doing here? We forget that the one common thread we have between us is that we love the Dodge RAM and that's why we're on here. Politics between friends who know each other is ok. Politics between people who have never seen each other and/or never will have a relationship other than their love for trucks - not good.
2. I agree with the message but maybe the medium and or delivery was not the right one. Although, I'll be honest it's not as bad as some others I've seen out there.
3. Rat Hole - Not a good word to use. I was born in the Philippines, raised in the USA since I was two. My father served with distinction and honor in the US Navy for 22 years, my brother is currently on active duty in the Marines and has served two tours of duty in Iraq. Many people from my country that immigrate from the Philippines are dr's, nurses, lawyers, teachers, engineers, etc. all who speak english AND tagalog (native language of the Philippines). I fly a US FLAG in front of my house and a Filipino flag underneath. I'm American to the core and proud to be an American but by insinuating that everybody that comes here from another county comes from a Rat Hole- well, it ain't right.
4. I've been to Europe and Asia and signs all over the countries I've been to not only show the national language, but several different foreign languages. Additionally, having the idea that English should be the only language spoken or displayed in the US ain't going to happen. My grandmother has a hard time speaking English but she bleeds red, white, and blue nonetheless.
5. I may be new to these forums but even I know that these types of post only cause rancor and uproar between good people and should be posted in the OFF TOPIC forums.
Of course, no disrespect is meant to anybody at all.
