Default Opinions needed

I am getting ready to add a few things to my truck. 2006 Ram 1500 Quad Cab. I have a couple of questions about which products I should get. The first is window vent shades. Which are better? Stick on or the ones that go in the window channel. The majority of the ones I see on vehicles sitting in parking lots are stick ons. Second is stainless nerf bars. I am looking at the straight ones. I dont like the ones that curve back towards the truck. I have heard that with the straight ones, they sit to close to the truck and it is hard to put your foot on them from inside the truck. Anybody had any experience with this? Thanks in advance.

And the inchannels are easier to install and have a lesser chance of screwin up... like puttin em on crooked and then tryin to move em...

With the Westin bars.... Not sure if your will be like the ones i have... I originally got them for my 05 1500... and took them off when i traded it in and put them on my 07... But the longer bolts that come with the steps... for some reason are toooo long for the 07s.... So make sure you pay atention installing them... Gonna really suck when the truck takes a right and your cab takes a left...
