Default CAI Question, bear with me

Ok fellas, I have an intake question for ya. Before anyone asks, I did do a search on the forum for CAI threads, but I can't seem to quite find the info I'm looking for. I'm looking to get a CAI sometime this year when I work enough overtime but I can't decide between two brands, Mopar and Volant. I like things with both intakes. I know everyone has opinions on other intakes but here is the reason I'm swinging towards those two brands. I'm hoping to buy a SRT-10 hood next spring when tax returns come back. I really want to have the intake go to the scoop and those are the only two brands that I know of that have that option. I know there is a company that makes a ram air intake for the hood as well but I wasn't really looking to go that route. I'm not too concerned with price, just want a quality product that performs well. Any input anyone might have would be greatly appreciated. Also, if I'm wrong and there's other CAI's that will do what I want, please let me know. Thanks.

They are both good CAI's. I don't have them, I have the G-2 K&N C.A.I. on all
my trucks. But that is just me .

There's not too much difference between the manufacturers. K&N has a reputaion like Flowmaster, but it comes down to what you like. I'd check out Trueflow. I've heard some good things about them. I had their drop in and didn't see much difference between that and K&N's drop in though.
