All sorts of butthurt about airbags
Was in the process of installing the firestone airbags for my truck and ran into the slightest of snags. The " F " ingexhaust work i had done is right in the way on the drives side.Had i known that dual outs were gonna be such a pain in the ars i would have just stuck the muffler in and called it a day. But noooooooo!!!! Had to have dual outs going all the way to the back. The problem is the tube comes about 1 1/2" away from the bumpstop on the drivers side and that has to be removed to mount the upper bracket for the airbags. In doing this, the bag restson the exhaust pipe. Just my luck. SOOOOoooooo, if youwant to run airbags and also run dual exhaust,install the airbags first so when they build the exhaust it wont get in the way. I had mine done a year ago so that option wasn't available.
