I will let you know in a month if the Flowmaster has an effect on MPG. I seriously doubt it.

DANGIT!!!!! Now I went and ordered the 50 series and I won't even get the best VROOOOMMMMM with it. I'll just stick a broom stick through it or something so my truck goes BWHHAAAAAAAAAAVVRRRRROOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMAAAAAAHHHHHHH HH!!!!!!!!!!!

Whatever I got a great deal on my flowmaster system, I paid $2,300 for the WHOLE cat back, (yeah I know it's a great deal) I got the one that is 5 inch pipes so exhaust will flow super fast like this WHOOOSH!!!! through it.

I bought it from some dude on ebay for that much. He said he only had onme and he had to get rid of it so i bougth it. He did not have any rating sor anything but he seemed cool and with a deal like that i could not pass it up.

Geez, being a newb and not using the search button/making new threads that we see every day/not looking at the sticky at the top of the page rocks. I know some of you may want to rip your eyes out and rub a rusty cheese grader on your nipples when you see another exhaust thread, but remember, I'm a noob and we don't use the search button or the supplied stickies at the top of the page.

Hmm so after this thread I need to start on on intakes then soon after I will start one on geting good miles per gallon. I know I bought a 5,000 pound, V8, 345 hp DODGE! But I will still ignore the sticky and the search button that will turn up a million threads about mileage.

I just couldn't make up my mind so I installed one of each brand in series parallel, ended up having 12 different mufflers total and true Dual-Dual exhaust and two sets dumped on each side in front of the rear tires.
I kept both resanators but relocated them as tips for the side dumped exhaust.

NDS went through the roof got an extra 12 MPG under max load conditions, and the sound is just freakin awesome!

I have to admit I gained some RWHP too boot. It went up by a negative 25%

VAROOOOOOOOOOOM!

Oh almost forgot I put electric cut outsbetween each cylinder and the exhaust manifolds.

Hell, I made my own varoooooom muffler out of an empty jar of mayonnaise and the hood off a 1953 Pontiac convertible.....filled it up 3 years ago and haven't had to get gas yet, but it is down to 3/4 tank according to the dipstick.

I originally had them put the flowmaster 40 deltaflow on and had them put pipes coming out the back of the truck which costed me $250. Then, my friend got the 50series dumped after the muffler on his tundra and i couldnt live with his sounding better so i called my local muffler shop where i had my exhaust done and he said that he would cut off the exhaust and put two turn downs after my 40series for $40 so i did it and man, did it ever make the biggest difference in sound. I will post a video of the before and after.
40 SERIES DELTAFLOW COMING OUT THE BACK OF THE TRUCK http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...+ram&hl=en
40 SERIES DELTAFLOW DUMPED W/ 2 TURN DOWNS RIGHT AFTER THE MUFFLER

KEEP IN MIND, THIS IS ONLY THE 4.7!!!
