How can I hide the tailgate spoiler holes after installing the Mopar one piece fiberglass tonneau cover and having removed the spoiler?

You would need to go to your dealership, you can order a flat plastic cover that covers up those holes and the top of the tailgate but is still flush enough to allow the cover to close. (i spent a lot of time in the showroom when buying my truck)
