Tune Up....?
I did a search on here for doing a tune up or just tune ups in general and really didnt get much. So I have a 2003 QD Hemi with 70,000 miles on it. I read on here everyday and see that some people are getting way better gas mileage than I do. So I went and changed my sparkplugs last weekend. But is there really anything else that I can do to "tune up" my truck? I got a stock air filter for free the other day and put that in, but I didnt see any difference. So please help with your suggestions and what has worked for you. Thanks.

Did you change plug wires with your plugs or just do the plugs? What kind of plugs did you put in? Another thing i would suggest doing is cleaning the throttle body. Also check you coolant and make sure that is still up to par.
I did not change the plug wires. I asked some questions on here before I changed the plugs and everyone on here said dont worry about changing the wires. I put in champion plateniums. I was going to stick with the copper, but the day I went to do it all the local stores did not have any. I do need to flush my coolant one of these days. How does one go about cleaning the throttle body?
You can clean your throttle body buy removing the resinator box on the intake manifold, then there is 4 bolt that hold it on. You should you brake parts cleaner not throttle body cleaner. Also i would Rec a injector flush this is a bid help as well
