Maybe I'm missing something, but doesn't your head unit says HD Radio?
That just means that it is HD Radio capable. Just like it says "Satellite Ready" but you still need a $100 tuner.

install looks great, how do you like the HU so far?
Considering that it's been installed less than 24 hours and that I've been in the truck for all of 15 minutes, I love it.
