So my new 2007 5.7L Reg cab will be in Wed and I'm already planning for it..HAHA This is what I have in mind, please give me your opinions as I value them. My goals for the truck is to pull my car occasionally and daily drive, but have more power and better fuel economy than stock. So I was thinking:
6.1 HEMI HYD. ROLLER CAM from Comp Cams.
Some sort of CAI( I have an SRT10 hood so should I get a MOPAR air intake using the hood?)
Got this exhaust that we took off of a SRT10 at my dealership that I was gonna use
Flashpaq tuner from superchips.( So does the tuner just run you through a list of mods and tune accordingly?)

Thank you guys. I am worried about messing up driveability of my 07 and didnt know what I need to do computer tuning wise. What do you guys think?

Eveything there looks good. The hood will look nice, but it won't make a big difference one which style intake you go with. As for the SC Tuner, it does not go through a list of mods. It is preprogrammed. With what you are putting on then, make sure you run the 91 Octane tune to get the performance that you want. If you do anything major, then you can email SC and see if they have a custom tune for your set up. Right now, the answer will probably be no and you will have to use what ever is preprogrammed. You will like the Hemi much better. Congrats..
