Default 2007, Day time 25% headhights..???

For my new 2007 Ram..Is there an option you can buy to install "daytime headlights" They work without turning on and off the headlights everytime in order to have daylights...?? My last 2005 truck had them.
Thanks, Doug

I have never heard of that however I just drive with them on, and leave them on all the time. they turn them selves off after 10 minutes with the truck turned off.

Jimmy

Do they turn off in all the models? Even the 2003?

Do a search on this. I remember reading that you could take the truck to the dealer and they could hook it up and turn that option on. Some dealers were charging an some were not. All depends on who you get and how nice of a day they are having. In the posts as well was an explanation that you could print out to take to the dealer in case they tell you that it can not be done.

As far as the headlights staying on after shut down, I don't know about all models, but mine shuts off instantly during the day and will stay on for a few minutes when it is dark.

Thanks for the heads up..... I am going to look at it and see if the dealer can do it. I wish Dodge did have daylight running lights...

And I'd work just as hard to disable them if it did have DRLs!

I'm glad Dodge doesn't have them. I don't know how many early 2000 model Chevy's are running around here with one bulb burned out.
