have a lot of friends with nightshade. do light layers till its as dark as you want...then lightly sand smooth and if you want a glossy finish, clear coat it....i have blackouts...durring the day you cant see it when i step on the brake so i got the fire&ice led bar. at night when lights are on, you can faintly see my tails but they light up decent when i step on my brakes. before i got the fire&ice bar but had the blackouts, i could not back up in dark spots, couldnt see anything....the fire&ice bar helped quite a bit, but its still hard with my windows tinted, harder than before i got the blackouts...i just ordered these, i figure they should help quite a bit with reverse even with the taillight covers
