where to get the painted upper bumper piece?

ive got an 06 ram 1500 st. its got the b.ack plastic upper bumper and i want the shiny clear coated red one to match the rest of the truck. anyone know where i can get one?
i know the dealer would r ape me.

You might be better off, price wise, if you took it off yourself and got a body shop to paint it.

Look for a local paint shop. Down here in Florida you could get something that small painted for around $200.00

they would prolly have to sand the bumps down correct?
