Air conditioner
Mine works well in my QC hemi. If you put it on max fan, it can cool the druck down an make it livable in a minute or two and get cool/cold in about 5-10 minutes depending on how hot it is outside. Its not the best system out there, but its far from the worst.
The 4.7 rental QC that I havd for two weeks before buying , the AC didnt work very well, and it had 5000 miles on it. Took longer to get there. Maybe some dont work as well.

It's only on the larger cabs and in hot climates. The issue is when the made the Mega cab for example they used the exact same AC as the standard cab.
So - if you have a standard cab, I'm sure your AC works just fine. It's the QC, and especially the mega cab that have horrible AC's. If Dodge had just put larger AC's in the larger cabs everything would have been fine. I'm sure it's just some penny pincher that decided it was ok to use the standard cab AC in the QC and Mega Cab.
It takes AT LEAST 20 minutes to get reasonably cool down here in FLA. Even then I can never, ever turn it down. It's always full blast, recirculate.
It's only 80 degrees down here this time of year and I still have to keep it on Recirculate, and the fan on 3 out of 4.
