Too much pressure on the system when compressing... and seeing the cap wasn't off would be part of the issue... you said you have done this 4 times before, and never had a problem (was the cap on those other times?) Well, glad you got it fixed... I know how bad it sucks when you mess something up on your daily driver and can't fix it right away
