yah i heard it takes HP to run a supercharger ok so im going with a turbo what company makes the best for my 04 hemi if you guys know. and also does anyone how much HP and tourque i can get out of a turbo? basicaly i wanna be able to light up all these "Ricers" around my town, i want to also take it to some of my local dragstrips and see what i can do!!

 

sts is the only one im familiar with when it comes to turbo manufacturers for the hemi. they say +59% hp at the rear wheels and +62% torque at the rear wheels as well.

 

STS is the only one that has a turbo kit for your truck.

And I'm not sure if Procharger is actually shipping hemi kits yet. I don't think so, but I don't watch them.

With a stock engine and a safe boost of around 7lbs, you can make around 420rwhp with the gt67 upgrade. I did.

I went from stock 270rwhp to 420 at 7lbs. that's 150hp extra. STS claims around the same with the standard T 60-1 turbo.

 

hey kenihemi how is your setup holdfing up? how many miles on it? stock internals? do you run it hard or is it now a weekend queen? and broken parts due to the extra power or boost on the motor? might help some guys to see how reliable a turbo setup can be....
