Default Just changed my spark plugs and found something interesting

Ok so i just got changing all 16! of my spark plugs on my 06 hemi. it wasn't too bad until u got to the back to cylinders those were a little tricky but i got the job done. Now on one of the cylinders 1 plug had a bit of oil on it, now it was like a light brown oil, but the other plug from the same cylinder had nothing....should i be worried i have no idea what that oil was doing htere....oh and i did use some lucas oil upper cylinder lube/injecter cleaner about 10 k ago....what do u guys think? should i be worried sit about this or is it normal...BTW i have 73 500 km on the truck, and i just use the stock champion copper plus plugs.

It's possible that you spilled some oil on the valve cover on an oil cahange, and it just ran down? If this isn't the case you should change your rocker cover gasket. this should repair your problem.

you could have gotten oil on it while pulling it out. Under normal driving some two plug systems either alternate, or have a primary, using both under higher demand. Sounds like it got dirty on the way out.

Good chance you will find the same "light brown" oil residue on the inside of your oil cap, which is normal especially in the climates where you get cold winters and hot summers.
