Default New truck!

Just purchased an 07 1500 4x4 QC with the 5.7 Thunderroad. I bought it from NC and had it shipped to AL. The local dealer wouldnt cut a deal so I saved aroung 5k buy buying it online. I paid 25900. I traded my 01 Excursion Limited (hoping for some better mpg). The only issues I have with the truck is the seats are pretty bad for a vehicle that stickers for 35K, and the radio is horrible. First mods will be to level the front and add a tow hitch (any recomendations?). Power feels good im sure the 3.92s help with that. Looking forward to towing with it. Ill post some pics tommorow as the weather was bad all day today.

As you have the newer front end design utilizing coil overs as opposed to torsion bars, you will have a lot more options (a lot cheaper too) than those of us with the t-bar setup.
Here is one for $60:

as far as direct bolt-on hitches here is an actual Mopar one:

If you are going to be towing that, then you will not see better gas milage then the excursion [&:]. But, congrats on the purchase, and we need pics.
