Default touch-less car wash vs soft tonneau ???

i really want tokeep my truck clean and my company will pay ( to a certain extent, they actually insist it is kept immaculate on the outside )

i'm just wondering if i can take i through a touch-less car wash with the soft tonneau on?? i have visions of it taking a pounding in the CW and flapping in the wind behind me. i suppose i could take it off but i'd rather not, especially if i'm running it though a couple of times a week.

any thoughts ........

I use it all the time when I'm too tired to hand wash. No problems at all, if it can handle going hiughway speeds and rain, it can handle a touchless carwash.

i've had my soft cover on for about a year now and has gone through many soft tough washes, it holds up pretty well...theres absolutely no problem with the pressure of the water, i noticed the toughest part is the dryer....but gets through it great...i even have a little tear in mine, stupid ice in the winter i was getting it off and it cut into the material [:@], but that hasn't opened up at all either so i'd say u have nothing at all to worry about

I've had mine a little over a year and no problem with touch-less car washes so far.

awesome, thanks for the quick replies. i just took it through and there were no problems. you were right masonman85 the drier was a lot scarier than the wash, left a nice patch getting out fast i like to hand was the truck too but don't want to have to do it every week, this will allow me to clean it every few weeks and just touch it up in the CW.

i don't wanna start a new thread but what are you guys using for degreaser? a little of the rust proofing has leaked out of the tailgate, i have always used mean green biodegradable cleaner for my dirt bikes and just wanna know if you guys know of anything better?

again thanks for the replies..
