The Retrax from http://www.rolltopcover.com/is the way to go. Local vendor sells all three listed in this posting, but only recommends and will install the Retrax. it is the smoothing operating roll cover, with the least troubles. I am getting the optinal spoiler to go along with mine. under$1000 installed.

that should work with a headache rack since you would still have access to the bed rails
