Wow I'm glad I read this thread!! I have been considering underdrive pulleys and just started shopping.

Is the problem just with this one brand or with all underdrive pulleys??

How is everyone checking that their pulleys are aligned? I have a laser that I can get the altenator and power steering to align but then the tensioner pulley is not on the same grove. When I test against the powersteering and altenator they also seem to line up. All of my pullys seem seem good from a bearing stand point. I can move the power steering in and out about an 1/16" of an inch. The sqeeling is just massively loud.....

 

Squealing isn't an alignment issue, if it is constantly squealing, that's a bad bearing somewhere. Figgering out which one is the fun part......
