Rear sway bar installed, WOW!

RE: Rear sway bar installed, WOW!
man that is sweet... didnt think about it at the time but it appears you loose the drink holder, mandatory equipment for the wifey. Maybe I could yank out the center seat and put something else there to replace the drink holders... I could totally see me using a shifter setup like that, I often am droping into 2nd to hold a gear longer and occasionally downshifting to slow the truck down.

Yeah the cupholders are history.
I've seen a cup holder thing that slips over the center console a little and it actually looked good. And it would work fine in my truck, but I don't use the them.
It was a guy in my club on another site. I just called him and he'll get back to me with a manufactorer or whatever.
Every hotrod thinking guy (especially the old school, older guy) that sees it, loves it and especially with the matching t handle on the 4by shifter.

In the pics are a little of the spare and frame rails for reference. You can also see the spare tire crossmember.

RE: Rear sway bar installed, WOW!
kenihemi - thanks for this post - just installed the sway bar - it was still warm from the UPS drivers hands....
So far it's a big difference on the road.I've got an orignalflowmaster exhaust kit, but ended up getting rid of the muffler due to the noise level, made a custom y pipe anddecided to use the stockmuffler with just the dual tail pipes. It's tight but works - PM me or email me ( visciani@brokenboltgarage.net)for pictures.....
