Super 40 or Super 44 ?

Super 40 or Super 44 ?
I am looking to place a Flowmaster on my truck, but what muffler is better the Super 40 or the Super 44?
I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500, 4.7L.
How bad is the drone inside the cab for both models?
Any input is greatly appreciated because I am looking to buy this muffler this weekend.
Thanks DodgeForums.

RE: Super 40 or Super 44 ?
I can only speak from experience with the Super 40. Initially I just changed the mufflers but left the resonators in place. I definately noticed a tone difference be it sounded like ***. I had the rear resonator removed and it sounded pretty good. Gone are the days of not hearing it the MDS kicking in. It's a really distinct sound from inside the cab with the windows closed. After putting 6500 miles on my truck in the past 3 weeks I can honestly say if there is a drone (which I can't hear one) it is bearable by my wife and daughter. I am still debating removing the front resonator as well but I will probably wait until the finances are a bit better.

RE: Super 40 or Super 44 ?
Just my two cents - I have the Flowmaster 40 series - the original, not the super 40 - and it sounds awesome at many different RPMs, where the super 40 is only heard well at 1700 and 2200 if I remember correctly. I took off the Super 40 cause it wasn't masculine enough for me. The Super 40 has the Delta Flow technology, where the original does not. This Delta Flow technology seems to be why it doesn't quite have the samewhoopee as the original.
The 40 series (original) does have a drone in the cab at certain RPM's. If I get to hate it too much, I'll pack sound acoustic blocking material under the carpet to deaden it a bit.
Thanks for listenin' to me ramble....
