So is the general feeling that the programmers are not good?

I love mine, and just like adavis mentioned, you have to follow the directions with anything to get it to work properly. Shooter hasn't even posted back on this thread after looking for help so we don't even kow what is going on with him. And with him being a newbie, we may never know.

Truck still in the shop as of today. Mechanic re-flashed the PCM to factory specs and the truck still won't run. They thought it might be a problem with the alarm system, which wasn't the case. It will start but now it dies. Hereprogrammed the keys thinking this would fix the problem....Stay tuned....

Guess it was just a coincendence that it happened when the programmer got put on then. Let us know the details of what you get.

Wow coincidental. According to the Service Tech and Chrysler Rep, I have a bad PCM due to the way the company wired the alarm system in, but they can not say for sure this was the cause of the failure, but to show good faith they are going to replace it under warranty this time andif it goes out again then I may have to look at the company who sold me the alarm. When I get the truck back it will be delivered to the alarm company for rewire the right way....
