hmm you could always pull out the 4.7 and put in a 5.7

you would have to swap more than the motor. might as well trade it and buy a ram with a hemi if thats what you want

I wonder why Superchips is not supporting the 4.7? I've seen posts asking about it on their forum, and it's not even in the works...

Well Cantdodgeit,

To start I'd like to sayyou havenice lookin Rig! Man I really like those rims.

If it were me I would:
1. Headers (In addition to yer dual exhaust)
2. 180° Thermostat (I’m not sure what the 4.7 has stock)
3. Electric Fan
4. Change the rear end gears to 3.92 or 4.10 (If you don't have those already)
5. Cam (and a PCM flash to tie it all together)

After all that if you still want to and have the cash try to find a Turbo system.

Thanks guys for all the imput. It sounds like I might have to build up my bank account first before I build up my truck. I guess i'll have to do it piece by piece. One question though, regarding headers, which is better ceramic coated or stainless steel.

i would say ceramic because they keep the heat out from under the hood,but i whent with stainless because they were in my price range
