intake exhaust tuner... one great combo definitely makes a difference even if HankL says otherwise

The gain depends on the exhaust you have put on. Decreased back pressure will give you a few ponies but you're not going to see 10% jump in HP. If you're lucky you'll hit a 5% increase. Also putting a higher flow intake will help in this case. As Pappy likes to say, more air in, more air out. This will increase your hp more than just an exhaust.

And it really does depend on what type of exhaust. Some aftermarket mufflers actually flow worse than stock (Flowmaster comes to mind) in an attempt to get better sound. But to actually see gains with an exhaust you must follow through and get rid of any and all bottlenecks. A CAI would compliment the exhaust nicely as would a set of headers. The stock cats in a Hemi actually flow quite well and I'm told that even the best high flow cats don't flow a great deal better than our stock cats...
