Default Electrical problem

I have a 05 reg. cab ram 5.7.... I just put ina system yesterday and now the truck is out of wack. I will be driving and everything will be working fine... then the dash needles will all lose power and it gives the code "NO BUS"... I also lose power of my headlights and turn signals. After a couple of seconds it will go back to normal, then do it all over again. Anyone had this problem or know how to shine some light on the situation? Let me know...

sounds like you have something grounding out or bad fuse. exactly what do you mean by system? just a deck or did you add subs and an amp. If you have a weak alternator it could cause problems hen you install a system. you may try having it checked at autozone.

i fixed the problem... i didnt install the adapter that connects the FM antenna to the aftermarket radio because they were out of stock... after i installed the part, it worked perfectly.... the system is a pioneer head unit, pioneer speakers and added tweeters, 2 12 inch kickers in box behind my seat, 2000watt amp... it sounds great, i love it
