I've been thinking of going to the halo headlights and I like the black ones but don't know if they would look right on my silver ram. If anyone has any pics or can find any I would greatly appreciate it. Also I want your opinions, black or clear? For those who have them are they any better than stock and what's the best brand to go with?

 

Definitly clear.

 

I say black. It will compliment the silver, not get lost in it.

My truck is silver. I haven't done much to the looks yet. I think the smoked would look good. Do you have a pic of them?

 

I like the black. The clear lights to me look to importy. Plus they are different.

Well I've been reading up on another forum and seems alot of peoplehave hadproblems with the halos and the leds burning out over a short period of time. I guess I could ditch the halos and either go with a set of night runner headlights or disassemble mine and black em out myself. They have a good how to diy thread.

 

i'd go clear....i removed the amber insert in my stock ones cause i didnt wanna spend the money to buy aftermarket ones and i really like em...but it all depends on what you want man...good luck with the decision and post some pics when you decide

 

i think the clear would look better with the silver
