It's been a rainy/foggy week here so I turned on my fog lamps for the ride home. The passenger side lamp actually exploded in the parking lot. Anyone know who has good deals on a full replacement assembly?

Same thing happen to me 2 weeks after I bought my truck. The dealer would not cover it so I bought one on Ebay for like $69.

Wow that sucks man! Dont pay $160 for a replacement i got my whole kit including wiring and switch for 110 off ebay. Its all factory too.

 

Mine was OEM. Came in the Mopar box. They have them on there for 69 + shipping right now.

If you wanna spend alittle more but save money, order the Mopar fog light install kit(part # 82209047), Its onlyabout $160.00 This is a kit that is used if your truck didn't come with factory fogs. It has left and right fog lights, left and right light bezels, the crossover wiring and a new headlight switch. Thats over $425.00 worth of parts and gives you extra parts that you may need in the future, or parts that you could sell to a buddy.

 

Ebay or junk yard, they will have them laying around.

Off topic but I was in my kitchen, heard a pop last week. Went into the dinning room and one of the lights on my ceiling fan blew up, glad no one was sitting at the table.

Guess they did not make bulbs like they use to.
