It is a bare bones '03 4.7, 5 speed 4x4, quad cab. No power anything, and little options other than a class IV receiver. Makes a great daily driver and work truck.

here's my 02 Ram 1500 Quad Cab SLT 4x4. I've added a Volant Cool Air Intake, Superchips MicroMax Tuner, Flowmaster 40 series SI/DO w/ tips going straight out the back, and it already had the toolbox, bedrails, and a drop in bedliner in it when I bought it. I also tossed on a set of BF Goodrich All Terrain T/As.

Don't know to tell you the truth. This is the first truck I have ever owned, and I bought it used so I don't know how the orignal owner optioned it out. Although I did find the orignal window sticker in the paper work so that might have something.
to be honest though, I like the wheel covers. It took me sometime to notice that they wern't rims, and most people don't notice unless I point it out.
