Put stock exhaust back on for lease return?
Do you guys know (especially in Canada) if I have to put the stock exhaust back on my truck before I return it?
I have a cat back Magnaflow (well, custom 3" pipe, MF muffler) and can't be bothered to swap it out when the time comes. I am moving to the other side of the country and don't want to haul the stock exhaust if I can return it as it?
I would think it would be easier for the dealer to sell with the muffler on?

screw that...i'd take it off and sell it on ebay or somethin...who gives a **** if it's easier for the dealer to sell if it's there or not...recoup some of your money and sell it on ebay or to someone else who is lookin for one
give the stock ex back with your truck... I would buy out your truck, leasing is bad than you canenjoy it vers some one else benifiting from your $$$$$$ that will never be seen again
I hear ya... but my question is, that IF I decide to leave them on (I got a good deal, so it's not a big deal), will Dodge Canada want the stock exhaust put back on or not?
Where were you when I needed new exhaust.....??? [:@]
I'd throw the stock exhaust back on. I don't see aftermarket exhaust "de-valuing" the vehicle, or harming it, but I also wouldn't give them a reason to hang you on anything. If they wanted to be dicks, they could charge you to put the OEM exhaust back on, as a leased vehicle technically, isn't "yours" to modify.....
Besides....someone here will surely suck it up, and you get some cash to use on the new truck.

I know this is going to sound like a simple solution but why not just read over you lease agreement?
