tires and rims aren't going to make a difference. the leveling kit will make the same adjustment with stock tires as well as aftermarket. 2 inches is 2 inches no matter how it's done. (just don't tell my wife that [

i got 285's on my truck and they look tiny i was thinkin havin a "blow out" but i have no money hehe i would go with new ones now

well right now my truck has 265's which like tiny on a 2500 to begin with so being higher and leaving those tires on until around christmass time idn

Consider this, I just did my leveling kit Sat. and the front tires are toe'd in quite a bit. I have tires coming in on Tues but if it was longer I would probably get the front end alligned. Then its reccommended to allign when you get new tires. Whats the harmin waiting till you get new tires? Not sure what kit u got but the ready lift I put in took about an hour including clean up. Not to mention a 2500 is gonna look goofy with stocks on. My 1500 has 265's up front and they look like skateboard wheels...LOL
