My nephew just purchased a used '05 1500 RAM / 4.7L / standard cab / short box / auto / factory wheels

He has a vibration in the front at speeds above 60 MPH so I had him take it and get the wheels balanced and rotated and it didn't go away...

Any suggestions? thanks!
