I just bought an 03 rem hemi slt and when you turn the koeo (key on engine off) and leave it on it flashes 10 times. the owners manual says if it does that that it isnt ready for emmissions testing. but it says if it does it for 15 secs though. what does this mean that o2's r bad or tune up or what. thanks
