What did you do to your ram today

How so? I got the impression it wasn't too bad.

Myself, I drilled holes on the top and bottom of the shroud, and used threaded rod to place the fan where I wanted. The bulk of my time was spent trying to find a way to get around having to put the stock shroud on because it looks so much better without it. Once I decided I couldn't do that, the whole thing only took maybe 2 hours. I'm currently searching for aftermarket reservoirs so I can pull the shroud off.
Long story short, I'm just slow [sm=smiley1.gif]

Cut off the exhaust- worked on scaring the neighbors - got yelled at by my wife - welded part of the exhaust back on. ...wiating for the UPS man to show up with the rest of the parts for FrankenRAM... I think I'll buy him a beer. He's better than ole Chris Cringle...
cut a pioneer avic-d3 into the dash of my '05! i'll finish the trim, bondo, and texture on the bezel sometime this week

washed it, poured 11oz of Stab-bil in gas tank, filled up tank, and finally put cover on it....it's gonna be a long winter
...least i get to play in my ramcharger more now tho
i thought the e-fan install was very easy...didn't have to mess around with the coolant or washer reservoir, stayed in the same location as before....different story here next spring when i get rid of the stock shroud and replace the reservoirs
