Ok, problem solved. Put the washer, dryer & sofa back in the bed! [sm=joke.gif]
Hahahahaha![sm=funnypostabove.gif]

I have to agree with everyone else... It sounds like the rear suspension was beefed up some how...

there are 4 leafs back there and I don't want a super smooth ride going down the road, i would just like not to be shaken to death while going down the highway

Hmm....my 2500 has 4 leafs....maybe your shocks are going ? I run Bilstiens and love them but they are a little spendy...Other's have good reports on Monroe which are cheaper and can be had at most auto-parts stores. Rear shocks arent very difficult to change either...maybe try that ?

Your signature says your truck is a 1500, normally they only come with 3 leafs. Sounds like previous owner added a leaf for more payload capacity, that would cause your ride to be harsh

Just looked at mine, I have a 1500, 4 leafs, and I'm the original owner. I do, however, have a QC which may have an extra leaf over a RC.

I will check tomorrow and see if my Reg. cab has 3 or 4 leafs. I'd do it now, but it's dark and I don't want to get bitten by a rattlesnake, or attcked by a mountain lion/bobcat...
