I got a tranny issue with my 07 qc1500 2wd slt. dealer said they would swap out even trade for 07 4x4 qc slt. it doesnt have the sidesteps or bed liner, but i can add those later. should i do this or ge teh warranty. it makes more sense to get the newer one esp with the lifetetime 100k warr right. need input fast idf poss. hope i posted enough info.

 

UMM the 4x4 itself is what COUPLE GRAND upgrade.... bed liner and steps.... maybe 500 at BEST and that is if it is spray in (I paid 200 for my nerf bars, and 300 for my spray in) and yes the warranty is another good thing.... GO WITH THE NEWER!!!

oh and if you thing MPG would be worse with a 4x4.... maybe.... but it is a truck... I wish every day that i had bought the 4x4.... but i didn't have the money... for me it was 4.7 4x4 or 5.7 4x2.... as the hemi upgrade was bout the same costs as the 4x4 upgrade.....I wanted the Hemi....

wow those were fast replies. yeah i think it sounds too good to be true. they are coming to p/me up right now. i work down the street from them so its not that big a deal for that, we'll see what happens if the #'s start changing. great way to get the 4x eh.

Wow, same everything just the 4x4 upgrade!! Definitely get it! You can add the warranty to the new truck, I hope.

 

Let's see, keep a used (it is now) '07 4x2 and hope they get the tranny fixed correctly or get a NEW '07 4x4. Straight up swap! Did this question really need to be asked?
