As far asa recharge kit I would just hit your local auto parts store and ask for a K&N recharge kit, they will know exactly what you need. The kit itself will run about $15 and once cleaned/oiled you will not need to do anything to your air filter for another 50k miles.
Fuel injector cleaner, I really don't have a preference. Look at the labels and see which one looks like it will suit your needs. If you are in a rainy area you might want to think about one that has a moisture remover for your fuel tank as well.
I am a big believer in synthetic oil. Most professionals will also agree on synthetic oil too. If the dealer just changed your oil I would wait until you hit 3k miles. Check is your diff oil, tranny and transfer case oil was changed. Ask about your radiator and when it was flushed. I know most reputable dealers will add the window dressing to make the vehicle better to get a better sale.
You want to increase your mileage, get it breathing better. I see by your sig that you already have a flowmaster (not the best flowing muffler, but I wouldn't ditch it till it goes on you), so CAI would be next, then possibly headers. E-fan also helped me by a good 1-2 mpg. The jury is out on Throttle Body Spacers, some swear by them, some say they don't do a damn thing. I know the consensus on the Hemi is they only make a whistling noise, no gains. I do however, read more positive posts re: the 4.7.

Secondly, let me ask you this, because you seem to be very knowledgable on these things.
Does Mopar have a synthetic transmission fluid? And if not, does Amsoil carry one that's compatible?
Yes you can get Mopar transmission fluid at any dodge dealer. Personally i'd suggest amsoil though. I have nothing personal against mopars fluid but i just prefer amsoil in whatever i can get it. Its never let me down and seems to hold up much longer than any other i've tried. heres a link..
