22in wheel offset Question

I have an 05 4x4 1/2 ton and I want to run 22 inch wheels with 37s or 38s. I need to know what kind of offset and backspacing I need to look for when buying wheels, also I am going to do a 6in suspension lift and a 3in body lift, is there anything I need to be aware of when running this setup?
