Default Pacesetter LT Headers finally in...

Got the LT Headers on today. Cats had to be moved back to accomodate, O2 sensor wires lengthened. Nice sound, not any louder than before, just a bit of a deeper throb.
20 minutes of runtime to let it get good & hot to re-torque the bolts and a 5 mile test run and no CEL's yet.

$399 for headers, $200 for custom ceramic coating, $200 for exhaust shop to cut & weld cats back inline. Cats had to go back a good bit and although I've been welding since I was a kid, there's no way I could get to everything to re-weld without it being on a lift. If you don't do the unbolting of the exhaust manifold, cutting the cats off and bolting the headers on and lengthening the O2 sensor wires yourself, then you'll probably add about $200-$250 more for the labor to do that.

Looks awesome Hammer. Also by the phots it looks like a real tight fit. The steering column boot looks real close. Post the results soon. OK?
