TReX5.7, I just bought a set of the Rancho quick lifts. Did you install them yourself? Ifso, how was it? How much lift did you get out of it and how's the ride?
Thanks.

Couldn't install them myself, you'll need a compressor to get the spring out, which I dont have. So my buddies dad owns a shop and just had him do the install. But I know its kind of a pain taking apart the control arm. The lift itself is adjustable though, so I believe you make it anwhere from a 1" to 2.5" lift, 1" being the softest and 2.5" being the stiffest ride. I think it rides a little better, if not the same.
Does anyone know if the Rancho Quicklift will void any of the factory warranties? Just picked up a 2007 1500 QC 4x4 with the Hemi and I'm interested in putting these on. Thanks.....

06 ram shocks are a big problem, I change them daily, and mileage as low as 11,000km. there is one truck i have put 2 sets on by 45,000km. If you can get an after maket one i would try it. The OEM ones are crap.
CAJ, the Rancho quick lift will not void your warranty. The Quick Lift shock will not be covered except by Rancho. The front shock is the only part being changed as the OEM coil will be used with the new shock. I'm waiting for mine to be delivered and I'll have my local garage install them for me. I just puta set of Rancho RS9000XL shocks on the rear today. Theyhave a 9 positionadjustableknob for different ride settings. I have no idea how to adjust it because it came without any instructions. I assume all the way counter clockwise is the softest setting and all the way clockwise is the stiffest setting. Anyone know?
