Default lil help with the warning.

when i honk the horn, or use the fob to lock the door, the horn recently started not working properly. it honks but sounds kinda like they are plugged up with something, i think i need to replace them, but any other less labor intensive ideas? could it be a fuse even though it still sounds, but not normally? fyi - i havent looked at the fuses yet, didnt have time before it got dark, and was feeling kind of lazy. thx for all the help.

Not the fuse is you are getting any sound at all. The horn could be bad, it is not a common thing but it happens. Horns are small and easy to replace. You can get a replacement horn from you local shop for around $10.00. Hell you could upgrade to a funky horn for around $30.00 or you could do what I did and go with airhorns (but they are a little more expensive and if you don't know what you are doing, they are kinda hard to install).

You may have a bee's nest in your horn. Locate it and check it out. Red
