Default Stumble after Seafoam

Hi all, lastnight I did the Seafoam in the brake booster line, lots of smoke, and the truck runs a million times better, however it stumbles off the line for a second, then like picks back up. If I mash the throttle it goes, but if I ease into it, it almost dies then kicks in... I also just changed the plugs right before I wrote this (P.O. had the WRONG plugs in it, had cr12mmc or however that code goes, which are shorter plugs, no wonder it pinged like a beast).. anyway, does anyone know what could be causing this stumble now? Its really annoying!

Thanks!

Check for a vacuum leak. Seeing as you were working with those lines. How does it idle?

It idles fine. Seafoam told me when you clean the carbon in the top end you have to clean the TB too, or you get a lean condition. So I cleaned the TB and problem solved.

Thanks
