I dont see why not. If them trucks are anything like Dodges then the doors have all the predrilled holes ready for regulators and panels with switches. They may even be pre wired. Dodge did not pre wire them trucks.

doing aftermarket windows and locks are not that bad to do. We would get about $475 for 4 windows and $200 for 4 door locks plus whatever keyless or alarm you go with.
