Default Pro Comp Radial any good?

I got an email from a website saying they have a sale going on on these. I'm not too familiar with these. Anyone have anything good or bad to say about them. Most of my driving in on main roads, however we do farm so I am out in the field a little. I also live in Illinois so I need a good all year tire for snowy winter weather as well. http://www.offroadtoystore.com/Merch...res-ProComp-AT

No one has an opinion on these? This is one of the few options I am looking at in the line of 20's that are available. For this price they are cheaper than Nitto Terra Grapplers and Toyo Open Country AT's, but are they even close in quality. I don't know much about the Pro Comp line of tires at all. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Pro comp makes great tires, all of there lines are exceptional. I have had friends with the mud terrains, x-terrains, xtreme all terrains and all terrains, not one bad thing to be said about any of there lines.

they are pretty good tires, but honestly if your looking for a really good tire, your not going to find anything even close to the same league as Mickey Thompson or BFGoodrich.... You'll pay a lil more for them but its beyond worth it!!

Thanks everyone, good to know they are a reliable tire company. I may have to look into these more and see if I can't come up with some money by the end of their sale. I was already looking at the Toyo Open Country A/Ts, but I can save some money going this route, I may have to go the Pro Comp way instead.

I was going to buy some Pro comp tires once but did not. Read the link and you see why.

http://www.tiredefects.com/cooper-tire-recall.cfm

This was about 2 years a go when I was going to buy a set and then there were 10 times more complants about there tires comming a part on you.

I was told there good on light jeeps but on heavy trucks theycan't handle the weight and once you out a load on the truck you are asking for trouble but that was then They could of fixed this by now ?.

I dont want to find out.

oh yea Micky Thomson is also made by Cooper tire I had a set of M/T ATZ 37-13.50-18 loved them but only had 10000 miles on them befor I end up traded in for the truck now.
