Default Lowering kits?

This may seem like a dumb question, but does anybody make a lowering kit for a '04 Ram QC 4X4? I'm not looking for anything too extreme, maybe in the neighborhood of 2" in the front and 4" in the rear. The reason I ask is my wife is handicapped and has a hard time getting in and out of my truck..... Any help would be much appreciated....

hmmm....i cant find any for a 4x4, you might try calling a couple places and asking them if they make one....otherwise you could do a drop shackle in the rear (give ya about 2") but if you want to lower the front you need to go with a shorter spring (would also recommend putting in the 2" lowering knuckles to keep suspension parts happy) and in the rear you'd have to flip the axle (put leaf springs under the axle to get the 4") and if you do that then i'd deffinitly recommend putting in a air bag helper spring so you dont loose pretty much all functionality of the truck...

the lowering kit i have on my truck is a 2/4.5" made by McGaughy's, and I also have the air bag helper kit on mine as well....the lowering kit was $330 and the air bag helper kit was $250 for the one i have....

sorry kinda sounded like hank....it's been a long day lol

When you lowered your truck, was there any cutting to the truck involved?
