one is from a while ago with just basic motor oil check the date this is more so truck specific i was debating between two companies for my truck for oil and dif fluid and now the transmission as well

i went on the amsoil site for the trans flush they described it well.... thats in the future....

well i did my oil change with amsoil today and soo far its awesome the mobil 1 i took out almost seemed burnt.... the amsoil just seems smoother for some reason...

If you go to a shop for a tranny flush ask them how they do it first. Most of them "service oil shops" just hook a hose up and suck out the tranny fluid. This doesnt get the fluid out of the torque converter. If you want to take it to a shop, take it to one that specifies in transmission work and tell them exactly what you want. Bring your amsoil to them and tell them thats what you want, you want your bands adjusted, and your filter replaced.

hmm... i could try that or i was even thinking about trying it myself by following amsoil's directions..
