All those prices look good on the performance stuff. The programmer looks real cheap. If you are buying used, make sure that the VIN ID is unlocked or you are screwed. Also, which exhaus is that and what are you all getting? Is it a catback setup or just a muffler. If it is the whole set up, then it is a good price. Also depends on the type.
The grill looks good price wise, but the HID kit leaves some room for what is going on. That price is a little low and makes me wonder. First, I can tell you at that price, it does not include the high beams and fog lights (if you got them). So make sure you do your research on the HID's because this can be a tricky buy if buying online.

RE: NEED HELP WITH MODS
you should expect to pay between $300 - $700 for the 6.1L cam swap parts, depending on the components you use. it seems a lot of people have swapped the cam ($140) installed manley 1 piece 5.7 push rods($150) and upgraded just the exhaust springs to mopar's 6.1L springs(something around $2 a piece). I've got my parts on order and i went ahead and got the manely kit (intake/exhaust springs, pushrods, titanium retainers) which is around $470. My truck has 75k miles so i figured while it was all apart i might as well replace it all. As far as 10-15HP, the figures i've seen have been upwards of 30-40HP. If you decide to go with the cam swap, make sure you get a programmer that can be tuned to a new cam, most i've seen can't, they only tune to bolt on mods, so you may want to save up a little and opt for a custom tune. I've talked to our local speed shop here in tally and they've told me that with intake, headers, exhaust, cam and a custom tune, i should be able to pull a comfortable 400rwhp, maybe more. just make sure you do your research before you start buying parts and throwin on.
